Paul ‘Dr. Pauly’ McGuire is a writer originally from New York City. He has lived in Las Vegas, NV on and off since 2005. He covered the World Series of Poker and numerous other major poker tournaments for LasVegasVegas.com, Bluff Magazine, Poker Player Newspaper, Fox Sports, MSN.com, Poker News, and Poker Stars Blog.

Still an avid blogger, McGuire authors the Tao of Poker, the Tao of Pauly, and the Coventry Music & Phish blog. He is also the editor and founder of the online literary magazine Truckin’.  When he’s not on the road, he divides his time between New York and Los Angeles.
